 * Evocative Nine reserves the right to terminate access for any user who misrepresents their age.

3. Private Club Designation:

 * Evocative Nine operates as a private club, offering exclusive content to its members.

 * Membership is granted upon payment of the membership fee.

 * Evocative Nine reserves the right to modify the membership structure in the future.

 * The “private club” designation is used for marketing purposes and does not grant any special legal exemptions.

4. Content:

 * Evocative Nine provides original content.

 * This original content is intended for viewing on the Evocative Nine Platform only.

 * All original content are protected by copyright, and unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.

 * Users are prohibited from downloading, sharing, or attempting to claim ownership of any content provided on the platform.

5. Membership and Fees:

 * A membership fee of $10 grants users access to the Platform’s content for the next 365 days.

6. Limitation of Liability:

 * Evocative Nine shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.

 * Evocative Nine provides the Platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding its availability or functionality.

 * Users agree that they are responsible for their own actions while viewing content on the platform.

7. Intellectual Property:

 * All content on the Platform, including images, videos, trademarks, and logos, is the property of Evocative Nine.

 * Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view the content for personal use only.

8. Termination:

 * Evocative Nine reserves the right to terminate any user’s access to the Platform for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law:

 * These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

10. Changes to Terms:

 * Evocative Nine reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

 * Users will be notified of any changes to these Terms.

11. Canceled Memberships:

* Members may cancel their recurring membership at any time. Such cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period (e.g., at the end of the 365-day period).

* To cancel your membership, please log in to your account on the Evocative Nine website, navigate to your “Membership” or “Account Settings” page, and follow the cancellation instructions provided. Typically, there will be a clearly marked “Cancel Membership” button or link. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact our support team via the contact information provided in Section 12.

* No refunds, pro-rata or otherwise, will be issued for any unused portion of a membership period upon cancellation. Access to the Platform will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

* Members whose memberships have been canceled may re-subscribe at any time by purchasing a new membership.
